mpo888 uses advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts. Any attempt to hold more than one account may result in the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without compensation.
You are solely responsible for keeping your mpo888 account login credentials — including your username and password — secure. mpo888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login information.

Mpo888 withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes for accounts that have completed all KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit, except in exceptional cases approved by the mpo888 finance team. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 and the maximum is RM 100,000 per day, depending on your account tier.
mpo888 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of those providers, not mpo888.
Before processing any first withdrawal exceeding RM 500, mpo888 reserves the right to request full identity verification, including a copy of a valid MyKad or passport, proof of current address (dated within 3 months), and any additional information required for AML compliance. The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

If a match is cancelled or postponed and not concluded within 36 hours of its original scheduled time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance. For cricket matches affected by rain and decided using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, the official result issued by the organiser will be the result recognised by mpo888.
Parlay and accumulator bets on mpo888 are subject to the condition that all selections within the combination must be from different matches. Any attempt to combine related or mutually dependent bets may result in the cancellation of that accumulator bet.
The mpo888 casino platform offers a wide range of games including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, and game shows. All casino games on mpo888 use certified random number generators (RNG) or real live dealers broadcast via live video streaming.
The outcome of all casino games on mpo888 is final and not subject to dispute. For live dealer games, video recordings of each session are retained and may be referenced in the event of any dispute. In the event of an evident technical error during a game, mpo888 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the amount wagered.
Minimum and maximum betting limits for each table or casino game are clearly stated within the respective game interface. mpo888 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time for risk management purposes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mpo888 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable:
mpo888 works with the relevant authorities to combat financial crime. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player.
Mpo888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to violations of the terms in Section 8.
Members may close their account at any time by contacting the mpo888 support team. Any valid balance in the account will be refunded within 5 business days of the closure request being received and all verification requirements being met. Any bonus that has not fulfilled its wagering requirements will be forfeited.
If your account has been suspended by mpo888 and you believe this is in error, you may submit an appeal by emailing support@mpo888.ws within 30 days of the suspension date. mpo888 is committed to reviewing all appeals fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
